During his time in Congress, Matt served on key committees such as the House Armed Services Committee and the House Judiciary Committee, focusing on national security, veterans' affairs, and constitutional principles. His work included authoring legislation on foreign policy, veterans' health care, immigration, and climate change. These experiences have undoubtedly prepared him well for his new role as Attorney General.
